Love People Enough….

red-heart-bokeh-wallpaper-3

LOVE PEOPLE ENOUGH to let them know that you genuinely care about their soul. Romans 5:5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Love people enough to take a moment to share with them about God’s love.
Love people enough to let them know that God so loves them that he gave his only begotten Son for them, that they do not have to perish, but receive eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Love people enough to share with them that God has a master plan for their life. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10

Love people enough to let them know the reason why Christ came to earth. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, I Timothy 2:3-5

Love people enough to let them know their life can become more satisfying and fulfilling when they receive Christ in their life. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:10

Love people enough to let them know that Christ wants to give them a fresh start in life right now. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. II Corinthians 5:17

Love people enough to let them know that Jesus is not the accuser or the one that condemns. When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” John 8:10 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:17

Love people enough to let them know Jesus Christ came to set them free from guilt, shame, and condemnation. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:18 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:1

Love people enough to tell them it is appointed for man to die. And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,
Hebrews 9:27

Love people enough to override your fear and share with them how much God loves them. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. I John 4:18

Love people enough to tell them that God does not want to be eternally separated from them. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. II Peter 3:9

Love people enough to let them know that Hell is a real place. Hell is not here on earth. That Hell is a place torment. That Hell and heaven is a choice for mankind to make before they die. That when people refuse to receive Christ love and give their heart to Christ they made their own choice. God is a loving God and he gave everyone a free will. God will not override your choice. That Hell was not created for mankind. Hell was created for the devil and his Angels. “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: Matthew 25:41

Love people enough to let them know that Bible talks about Heaven being a beautiful place like no other.
The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass.
21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. Revelation 21:18, 21-23
Love people enough to encourage them to read about Heaven for themselves. Just like they search out information before going on a trip or vacation.
Love people enough to share with them Heaven and Hell is one way ticket. No second chances.

Love people enough to overcome your own reason for not wanting to take a possible rejection for Christ by asking someone would they love to receive Christ now. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: John 1:11-12;
We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For He says:“In an acceptable time I have heard you,
And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. II Corinthians 6:1-2

Love people enough to give them a chance to receive Christ. They might just say yes.
Love people enough to pray with them a prayer salvation.

You can pray this prayer with them:
Heavenly Father I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that he died, he was buried, and he rose from the dead the third day. I ask you right now to forgive me for all of my sins, come into my heart, and become the Lord and Savior of my life. I ask you to live your life in me and through me. From this day forward I belong to you in Jesus Name I pray amen. Romans 10:9-11

When they say this prayer congratulate them for entering the Family of God

Empowerment

11406317_10155600699790648_4390248065953060695_o

There are so many things that go on in a twenty four hour day that can rob you of your peace, joy, happiness or strength, you name it the list can go on.
However, I thank God that our future does not have to be left up to chance or to the mercy of others. We can go to the Bible and make discoveries that would empower us to bring about positive changes in our life, marriage, family, and business.
So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off. Proverbs 24:13
And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. Acts 20:32
God is the source of you and I being empowered. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.               Genesis 1:26-28

The word “Blessed” means to be empowered to succeed. When you and I were created we were engineered to be successful in life.
God empowered us through faith. For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. Romans 12:3
With faith you have the power to rewrite your destiny. Faith delivers the victory. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. I John 5:4
You and I are empowered to overcome every challenge, obstacle, and setback and make our greatest comeback. We have been empowered to win. Think, talk, and live like a winner!

When You Are Feeling Alone…..

445630

When you are feeling alone know that you are not alone. You may say “wait, I don’t understand what do you mean.” Let me further explain myself. You are not alone in how you feel. Many people, if not all of us at one time or another, felt all alone. Being alone does not necessarily mean being in a place where there is nobody in your environment.
One could be in a classroom setting among many and feel all alone. How about sitting in a restaurant getting a meal and you observing people sitting with others and you are by yourself. Some even stated they could be in their house with their spouse and children and unfortunately feel alone. Then there are children who have siblings and have shared time but yet felt alone in their own world. Then there are children who does not have any siblings and can experience those feelings of being alone. Going off to college, starting a new job, even in a new city or state can experience the emotions of feeling alone.

I am reminded of the people in the Bible that was faced with having to deal with being alone.
Jacob was left alone. Sometimes we are left alone by our own choosing. Often times we can handle it better when it’s our own choice. There are different things that cause us to be alone. The passing of a loved one, pet, or separation from those you love dearly. All you here are the sounds that you alone make in your dwelling place. Having to deal with that is quite different.
In Jacob’s time of being alone he had an encounter with God that gave him a new identity. God is no respecter of person. Just like Jacob wrestled with his old identity then he surrendered, I see you doing the same. I see you receiving a new identity in Christ. Perhaps you have been wrestling with career choices, relationships, future endeavors , but all things will be made clear.

We know all things work together for the good to them who love God and called according to his purpose. This time of being alone will bring you to new self discoveries and perhaps even to a new a place. God has not forgotten about you. God brings beauty out of ashes.
The Apostle Paul even had to face times of being alone. He wrote a letter to Timothy his son in the ministry and said all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge. Yet he did stop right there and quit his assignment. The next thing he said was notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthen me…. When you all alone it is my prayer you experience the Lord’s presence standing with you to the point you sense and receive the strength that comes from the Lord.
I often have said, Lord I may not do everything with a smile on my face, but if you give me the grace I will continue to run the race. God has been faithful.
I encourage you to ask God to show what you need to say and do in this season of your life.

Ask God to show you how to worship God with all your heart. When you enter His presence with praise and thanksgiving, you will experience His peace and His joy. Psalms 100:4, Psalms 16:11
There are people in your world that need your gifts, wisdom, and your love. You are an answered prayer to someone. As you go forth God will bless you in ways you would have not imagined. What you make happen for others- God will make happen for you. God loves you and He is faithful to His promise. Hebrews 10:23
Remember you are not alone.
Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Let your character [your moral essence, your inner nature] be free from the love of money [shun greed—be financially ethical], being content with what you have; for He has said, “I WILL NEVER [under any circumstances] DESERT YOU [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], NOR WILL I FORSAKE or LET YOU DOWN or RELAX MY HOLD ON YOU [assuredly not]!” Hebrews 13:5 Amplified Bible.

This Is Your Time To Shine

keep-calm-it-s-your-time-to-shine-2

This is your time to shine. I believe that with all of my heart. The word shine means to give light,to be lively and animated, to be brilliant. That speaks of you and the gifts that God has placed in your heart. The shine I am referring to is not just by own self efforts, not be sheer will power, or just by praying alone. This has to do with you coming in agreement with God’s Word.

Amos 3:3 in the Message Bible states “Do two people walk hand in hand if they are not going in the same place? God desire to walk hand in hand with you concerning everything you do because his love for you is that deep and affectionate.

I want you to know that God is for you. The Bible states in Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us who can be against us? Also know that the when you come in alignment with the purpose of God for your life, marriage, family, career, etc. nothing can stop it.

I am fully persuaded because of what the scripture states in Isaiah 14:24. The Lord of Host has sworn, saying, Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And I have purposed, so it shall stand.

I am so glad that God has a bright future for you. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future  and a hope.  Jeremiah 29:11

So I encourage to pray in faith knowing that God is waiting to hear from and answer your prayer. Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3

I am praying that you shine in every area of your life.

The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face to shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift his countenance upon you, And give you peace.        Numbers 6:24-25

You Are Tempted And……

1

You Are Tempted And…..

Everyone faces some kind of temptation whether they share it with another or not. The question is not whether you are tempted or what tempts you.

There are many different kinds of temptation. Everyone is not tempted by the same thing. Because everyone has different desires, passions, interest,  and goals.

For example, some are tempted to quit furthering their education via community college, college university because of many reasons. Other s may be tempted to leave and walk away from their marriage, family, business, ministry. Some are tempted by the opposite sex  and others are not, some temptations are sexual temptations, some has deal drug and some are alcohol related. Some temptations has to do with you have to control everything and everyone in your world.

The question is not whether you are tempted or what tempts you. The question is how do you face your temptation? Do you succumb to the thing or person that you are being tempted by. Do you try to ignore it, hoping it will just go away? Do you pray about it? Did you pray and ask God for his wisdom and grace? Do you receive  wisdom solutions that come from the Word of God?  Do you justify yourself in giving into the temptation because of some external reason? Do you find a reason because of what somebody did to you or did not do, and that  made you feel unwanted, unappreciated, unloved, etc.

When I looked in the Bible I see many people some who yielded to temptation and their story did not end well. Then I see others who faced temptations and decided with God’s grace to overcome temptations and their life story ended well.

For example I am reminded of Joseph in Genesis 39. When he could of felt truly justified to yield temptation because of the terrible circumstances that he encountered up until that point –

Keep in mind what happens and what sin does when people yield temptation.

But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. James 1:14-15 KJV.

However, I see you as one that endured and is  an overcomer.

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. James 1:12

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. I John 5:4

I believe today is a new day! Where you are going to rewrite your story. I see you on the rise. I see you not being entangle again with the yoke of bondage.

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1

I want to give three helpful suggestions

Isolation – Don’t  withdraw and isolate yourself when you are faced with challenges especially when others can help you overcome and get the victory.

Ignore- Choose not to ignore the warning signs. Stop means stop.

I – “I Need Thee Every Hour”- Song” It is an Hymn that I encourage you to let that be apart of your prayer. God’s grace and mercy is available for you. Hebrews 4:16

I want to share with you that you have a role model in Christ. He feels what you feel. He knows what you are going through. Hebrews 4:14-15

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Christ has given us all a wonderful example in how he applied the Word of God in His situation to overcome and not yield to the temptation. Matthew 4:1-11

I am praying for you. If this has encouraged you I would like to hear your story.
